- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger.
- Add beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until bright green and slightly tender.
- Return beef to the skillet.
- Add water and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
