Crispy and flavorful lemon pepper wings made quickly in your air fryer.
Ingredients

							Scale

 - 2 lbs chicken wings, flats and drumettes separated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Optional: Fresh lemon wedges for serving
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the dried chicken wings with olive oil until lightly coated.
- Add the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Toss again until all the wings are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd it. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown, crispy, and cooked through.
- For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove the wings from the air fryer and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes
- Drying the wings is important for crispiness.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and wing size.
