Description
Simple and quick pizza appetizers made with crescent roll dough, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.

- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto the wider end of each triangle, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by pepperoni and Italian seasoning, if using.
- Roll up each triangle from the wider end to the narrow tip.
- Arrange the rolled bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Mini pepperoni slices can be substituted with chopped regular pepperoni.
- Italian seasoning and fresh parsley are optional garnishes.
