- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ounces ramen noodles
- 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Drain excess fat from the pot.
- Stir in chicken broth, water, soy sauce, gochujang, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
- Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package directions, about 3-4 minutes.
- Divide ramen into two bowls. Top each with two soft-boiled egg halves, sliced green onions, and nori strips.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang to your spice preference.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of chili oil before serving.
