- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and egg.
- Add onion, green bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
- Optional: Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
