- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 large avocado, sliced or diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Divide cooked rice among serving bowls. Top with the cooked honey lime chicken.
- Arrange avocado slices or diced avocado over the chicken and rice.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve immediately.
