- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- While the pork chops are cooking, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in fresh parsley, if using.
- Once the pork chops are cooked, brush them generously with the garlic butter sauce.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
