This recipe makes quick and easy scallops in an air fryer with garlic butter.

- 1.5 lbs large sea scallops, patted dry
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until opaque and lightly browned.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the cooked scallops before serving.
