Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta is a delightful meal that combines tender steak and creamy pasta, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • 8 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup spinach or arugula (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat and sear the seasoned steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute, then add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder, stirring until thickened.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix well, and return the steak bites to the skillet, garnishing with parsley before serving.
