- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the French bread lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic herb butter evenly over both halves of the bread.
- If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the butter is melted.
- Slice and serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, use roasted garlic instead of minced garlic.
