Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs chicken wings, patted dry
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the butter mixture.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings from the oven. In a clean large bowl, add the baked wings and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes, watching them closely to prevent burning.
- Adjust the amount of garlic and Parmesan to your preference.
