- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled

- Optional: Red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning, fresh chives (finely chopped), a squeeze of lemon juice, drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Toast the bread to your desired crispness.
- While the bread toasts, halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Mash gently with a fork, leaving some texture if preferred. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Using a microplane or fine grater, grate the hard-boiled eggs directly over the mashed avocado or into a separate small bowl.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
- Top the avocado layer generously with the grated egg.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add any desired optional toppings like red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning, or fresh chives. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice or a drizzle of olive oil for extra flavor. Serve immediately.

- For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder to the mashed avocado.
