- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
- Cut the lobster tails lengthwise through the center of the shell and meat, but leave the tail connected at the end.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster tail meat with the butter mixture.
- Place lobster tails on the grill, meat-side down, and grill for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails and grill for another 3-5 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
