Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and taco seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
