- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on the box)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Orange food coloring
- Halloween sprinkles, for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to temperature indicated on brownie mix box and prepare baking pan.
- Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Divide cream cheese mixture in half and add orange food coloring to one half and mix until evenly colored.
- Pour brownie batter into prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture (both colors) over the brownie batter.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cream cheese into the brownie batter.
- Bake according to brownie mix instructions or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares and decorating with Halloween sprinkles.
