A simple casserole with ground beef and tater tots.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and tater tots.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown.
