- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and pineapple to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
