Description

Quick and easy homemade Big Mac-style wraps featuring a delicious special sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • 2 slices American cheese, halved

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Form into 4 thin patties.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and white vinegar to make the special sauce.
  3. Cook the beef patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  4. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  5. Assemble the wraps: Spread special sauce on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, onion, pickle slices, a beef patty, and a piece of cheese.
  6. Fold the tortillas tightly to create wraps.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier sauce, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • You can toast the wraps lightly in the skillet after assembling for extra crispiness.
