- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
- 2 slices American cheese, halved
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Form into 4 thin patties.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and white vinegar to make the special sauce.
- Cook the beef patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Assemble the wraps: Spread special sauce on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, onion, pickle slices, a beef patty, and a piece of cheese.
- Fold the tortillas tightly to create wraps.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier sauce, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can toast the wraps lightly in the skillet after assembling for extra crispiness.
