Description
This recipe combines shrimp, sausage, and broccoli with a honey garlic sauce for a quick and easy dinner.

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz cooked sausage, sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- While broccoli roasts, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- In another large bowl, toss shrimp and sliced sausage with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add the roasted broccoli to the bowl with shrimp and sausage. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the mixture and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Return the mixture to the baking sheet and roast for another 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use any type of cooked sausage you prefer.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
