Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger (if using) to create the glaze.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C). If your air fryer requires it, lightly grease the basket with cooking spray.
