Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
