- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve with rice, quinoa, or your favorite sides.
