- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over both sides of the pork chops.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the chops are cooked through.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
