Description

Make these trendy and easy hot cocoa bombs for a fun, shareable treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 3 cups hot cocoa mix
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • Optional: sprinkles, crushed peppermint, or other toppings

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spoon melted chocolate into silicone molds, coating each cavity completely.
  3. Let chocolate set completely.
  4. Carefully remove chocolate shells from molds.
  5. Fill half of the chocolate shells with hot cocoa mix and mini marshmallows.
  6. Heat the edges of the remaining empty chocolate shells on a warm plate or pan, then press them onto the filled shells to seal.
  7. Drizzle with melted chocolate and add sprinkles or other toppings, if desired.
  8. To use, place a bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it. Stir and enjoy.
