Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the beef over rice and add your favorite toppings.
