A simple and flavorful chicken dish with a spicy-sweet hot honey sauce.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Stir in hot honey, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.

- Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
- Adjust the amount of hot honey to your preference.
