- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine honey and dried chili peppers in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until it simmers.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vinegar and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Let cool completely, then remove chili peppers.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
