- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the steak cubes and quartered potatoes with olive oil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and potatoes to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the steak is browned and the potatoes are tender.
- Add the minced garlic and remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute the sirloin steak with ribeye or New York strip.
