- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Dash of hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce if using.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
Notes
- Use fresh lump crab meat for the best texture.
- Adjust hot sauce to your preferred spice level.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
