  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, beat the egg.
  4. Dip each chicken tender strip first into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s fully coated, then dredge it in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
  6. Drizzle or spray the tenders lightly with olive oil or avocado oil for extra crispiness.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tenders are golden brown and cooked through.
