Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 small tortillas
- Toppings: kimchi, shredded carrots, cilantro, sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
- Add beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
- Warm tortillas.
- Fill each tortilla with beef and your favorite toppings.
