A refreshing homemade lavender lemonade recipe perfect for summer gatherings or a simple treat.

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup dried culinary lavender buds
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 4 cups cold water
- Fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Make the lavender syrup: Combine sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the dried lavender buds to the sugar syrup. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing gently on the lavender buds to extract flavor. Discard the lavender buds. Let the syrup cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, and 4 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice, garnished with fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices.
