- 1 large egg, beaten

- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled leftover stuffing, beaten egg, flour, parsley, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. If the mixture seems too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water until it holds together when pressed.
- Form the stuffing mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the stuffing patties, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the fritters are cooking, prepare the cranberry aioli. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the cooked fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the warm leftover stuffing fritters with a dollop of cranberry aioli.
