Description
A simple lemon vinaigrette salad dressing.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a jar.
- Seal the jar tightly and shake well until the dressing is emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a sweeter dressing, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
