This pasta salad combines pesto, mozzarella, tomatoes, and pasta for a light and creamy dish.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- ½ cup pesto
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella.
- In a small bowl, whisk together pesto, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
