  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
