- 1 cup evaporated milk

Instructions
- Cook sago pearls according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine mango puree, sugar, coconut milk, and evaporated milk.
- Heat gently over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
- Stir in condensed milk if using.
- Add cooked sago pearls to the mixture and stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve cold, topped with fresh mango chunks.
