- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well with your hands until everything is combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, spread a thin layer of ketchup on top before baking.
