 - 2 pounds ground beef
 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 2 eggs, beaten
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - For the Glaze:
 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup ketchup
 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
 - Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard for the glaze.
 - Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
 - Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
 - Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
 
Notes
- For a moister meatloaf, add 1/4 cup of grated zucchini or carrots to the meat mixture.
 - You can substitute ground turkey or a combination of ground beef and ground pork for the ground beef.
 - Adjust the amount of brown sugar in the glaze to your liking.
 - Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
 - Reheat slices in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
