- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- For the Cinnamon Swirl: 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a mini loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Drizzle melted butter over the mixture and stir until combined.
- Fill each mini loaf cavity halfway with the pumpkin batter. Sprinkle the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter. Top with the remaining pumpkin batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the mini loaves cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
