Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let sit for 5 mins until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, yogurt, and 1 tbsp melted butter. Knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll each into a thin oval shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook each naan for 2-3 mins per side until bubbly and golden.
- Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve warm!
