Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine, broken in half
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  7. Return cooked steak to the skillet. Stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
