Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, parsley, and feta cheese.
  4. Add the cooked orzo to the bowl.
