  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken cutlet into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
