Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
- In a bowl, toss cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
