  • 1/4 cup peach preserves, warmed (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced peaches with granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Unfold one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle half of the peach mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Tightly roll the puff pastry into a log. Slice the log into 6 equal pieces.
