- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup peach preserves, warmed (for glaze)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix the diced peaches with granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Unfold one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle half of the peach mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Tightly roll the puff pastry into a log. Slice the log into 6 equal pieces.
- Place each piece, cut-side up, into the prepared muffin tin.
- Repeat steps 3-6 with the second sheet of puff pastry and remaining peach mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the cruffins cool slightly in the tin before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Brush the warm cruffins with warmed peach preserves. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
