Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the finely chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt.
 - Stir the mixture until it is well combined and holds together when pressed.
 - Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
 - Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
 - If desired, melt white chocolate or candy melts and drizzle over the pecan pie balls. Let the chocolate set before serving.
