- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3 or 4 wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying and seasoning them.
- Feel free to adjust seasonings to your preference. Other popular additions include onion powder, rosemary, or chili powder.
