- 1 cup protein powder
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix protein powder, rolled oats, milk, applesauce, honey, egg, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Pour batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
