- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 box (14.1 ounces) graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press half of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour pumpkin mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle remaining graham cracker mixture over the pumpkin filling.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
