  • 4 salmon fillets (68 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down (if applicable) in the hot skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  4. Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
